Ben Lacroix has made the decision to step down from his role as manager of our Under 18s Floodlit League side at the end of the season.

Ben has been an inspiration to many young players over the past few years and has played a key role in the development of the club, notably by establishing our first Under 18s floodlit team.

We are extremely grateful for his dedication and hard work, which has helped nurture a number of talented players who have progressed into the First Team over the past two seasons.

The Under 18s Floodlit side has produced six First Team players during this time, with players also training alongside the First Team twice weekly. This has been a huge part of our club philosophy of developing young players and providing a clear pathway into senior football.

Our focus now is to build on the excellent foundations set by Ben and his coaching staff, ensuring the team continues to go from strength to strength.

Everyone at the club would like to thank Ben for his outstanding contribution and we wish him all the very best for the future.

The club is now inviting applications for the role of our under 18s Manager or a management team, to build on the success achieved in recent seasons.
